Providers
Taking care of yourself means taking care of your sexual health, too.
Being sexually healthy means valuing and feeling good about yourself, avoiding sexually transmitted infections (STIs), unplanned pregnancy and enjoying satisfying and positive relationships. Being free to talk about sexual health with your parents, guardians, or other trusted adults in your life is part of your responsibility and key to your health. Just as it is important for you to share your concerns and talk openly with your healthcare provider, the trusted adults in your life can help answer your questions and support you in making important decisions.
SEXUAL HEALTH
VALUE WHO YOU ARE AND DECIDE WHAT IS RIGHT FOR YOU
It is up to you to decide if and when you choose to have sex. Think about what you want and use that to define your personal values, desires and boundaries. These things might change throughout your life, and that is okay. You know yourself more than anyone, be honest with yourself.
