Oklahoma ranks second highest-or second worst- in the nation for its teen birth rate. More Oklahoma girls aged 18-19 gave birth in 2015 than entered OU and OSU as incoming freshmen that fall. We need to do more to ensure that youth can achieve their educational and career dreams and enter adulthood before becoming parents.
